They will have enough time to rest during the night.
Just remember, you create your body, you tell your mind what you are going to do and you tell it when to stop. If it is in business, fitness or personal life, it doesn't matter. You will be motivated, always moving forward and feel awesome!💪🏼

My Sunday ritual🙌 ... I stretch for around 40 minutes before I train. I try to be as flexible as possible. I put a ton of work into it. Be a well balanced machine.... here is a small portion of my stretch routine .....🔴 the first stretch I am performing is great for your sartorius muscle (longest muscle in the body) great for quads , hip flexors into ➡️ second stretch is great for adductors , erectors ,posterior delt and rhomboids...🔴hold each position for 30 seconds repeat 3 times..👌... #teammaloney#fitness#stretch#nyc#motivation#sunday#training#balance#flexible
