I analyze it closely now, and he does this as effectively as anyone. Lots of power generated when exploding away!

Best thing to do with leg work is to isolate 1 leg at a time (Unilateral training). That way you can train up your weak foot and reduce the muscular imbalances. Training legs bilaterally (both legs @ the same time), your stronger foot will always work slightly harder, meaning your weaker foot won't be able to make consierable gains. You can't move as much weight but the burn is real! 🔥🔥
