Your partner plays a hard ball in to your feet, while calling out a color. You must take your touch in that direction, get around the pole, and play it back.⠀
👀What are the benefits?
1️⃣Reactionary Agility: which is the best form of agility, no agility ladder or cone drill can MIMIC this.
3️⃣Directional first touch into space.
7️⃣Leg Muscular Endurance.⠀
🔥An absolute BURNER. Go 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off or 1 minute in, 1 minute off for a couple sets, and you will feel the BURN. Make sure the quality is good! If it get sloppy, rest and then do another set. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.⠀
It’s about having a good touch and being focused when you are fatigued but being smart, and resting, when the quality drops heavily. Have that critical SELF-AWARENESS to know, if it’s time to rest.⠀

This is what my strength workouts look like these days.....Me putting in work, with Jaxson on a mat watching me 😂😂 I’m sure he thinks “my mom is crazy....does she ever sit still? Why can’t I just chill at home like others babies? Why are we always at the gym?” 😂😂😂 He doesn’t seem to be bothered though, I like to think he loves watching me and seems eager to join in! I feel like when he see’s things around the gym like the battleropes or barbells smashing down, he’s figuring out what all the sounds were that he heard in the womb for 9 months lol!
HERE IS A CIRCUIT I LOVE TO DO WITH THE CABLES TO HIT LATS, TRICEPS, AND CORE
✅12 Straight Arm Cable Pulls
✅12 Cable Tricep Extensions
✅10 Woodchop Per Side
Repeat x 3 Rounds and move on to another circuit 👍🏻👍🏻

If you fail to take care of your body through proper nutrition, your body will struggle to consistently perform at the level you require. The result is an increased chance of injury, increased recovery time between training and matches, and a failure to perform to the standard you desire and that is required for you to step up to the next level. A healthier body is a better body. You will have a stronger body inside and out, you will be more resilient to illness, have more energy, and be able to maintain a healthy weight.
Ever heard the expression you can't out-train a bad diet? Well it's absolutely true, to an extent...Ofcourse if you perform additional training you will experience some gains, but nowhere near to the extent to if you couple that hard training with optimal nutrition.
