Spent the day roaming around in the snow, rain, and sunshine today. Spring is an interesting time of year around here...
Hi! @kayvanhuisseling here with my second image of this takeover. I remember being at the same place a summer before this trip. When we heared there was a lot of snowfall we were dissapointed. Little did we know that it made the most incredible winter scenes I’ve ever witnessed. Who would you take to this Cabin?
Somewhere I would rather be...
Cruising through the Eastern Sierras, mile after mile of desert roads ahead of us
Day 1. With half a day recovery after a long 18 hour flight, I decided to wake up early, rent a car and drive the Great Ocean Road on my own. I was told the road was windy and narrow. I also had to face the challege of everything being on the left side.. even the steering wheel. The words "You're doing that on your first day, on your own" in shock still play in my head. But I definitely like to prove people wrong. Or I'm stubburn, whatever you want to describe that. These factors although seemed very large negative obstacles as I was hiring the car (I was freaking out), quickly became minute problems as I was on the road. The scenery was breathtaking the whole drive through. It changed from surf town to farmland to rainforest and ended at these stunning structures of The Twelve Apostles at golden hour. I was in absolute awe. I would say it was a solid first day out in Australia and set the stage for my whole trip. 🌅
