Again back to this.
Was terribly disappointed (on the day) with these particular photos, primarily because @antiguamod failed to get my good side and I was small AF, but also because I felt my conditioning sucked.
I legit had visible quad and glute striations at 5 weeks out, but my mid section, particularly my right oblique wasn't showing AT ALL (left is shown, right was worse). I think it had something to do with the fact that my left oblique is more devoloped, so it showed more clearly. Weird, I know, but it isn't really weird at all. Imbalances like that are pretty common apparently. Again, I know, it's weird.
I dropped the hammer at this time to get those obliques in. 3 weeks and -4 lbs later my glutes and lower back got noticably tighter. Minimal changes in the oblique area. #FUgenetics
I could definitely be more conditioned. We'll see in 2019.
