Meal 1 - 385 g egg whites, 85 g avocado 140g steel cut oats.
Meal 2 - 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries.
Meal 3 - 6 oz 96/4 lean #flavorgod chipotle 96/4 ground beef protein burger (FlavorGod chipotle, mustard, tomato, onion, jalapeños, green leaf lettuce) 201 g brown rice and 91 g broccoli.
Meal 4 - 4 oz sustainable seas tuna and 2 slices Ezekiel Bread.
Meal 5 - Post workout protein shake.
Meal 6 - 6 oz grilled chicken, 5 oz yams, and 91 g broccoli.
Meal 7 - 385 g egg whites, 85 g avocado.

Q:Isn't eating the same thing everyday boring?
A: Nope. Use @flavorgod seasonings to complete change the flavor of foods and it's like starting all over. #teamflavorgod
Q: How often do you eat?
A: I usually start around 7:00 am and eat every 2-3 hours from there.
Q: Do you freeze your meals?
A: No, I only refrigerate them. I don't have any problems doing this.
Q: Why don't you freeze your meals?
A: For a few reasons: 1. I personally believe you don't need to, ur call here. 2. I'll forget to thaw the meals one day, it's bound to happen, then what? 3. For a prepper the only space smaller than the space in the refrigerator is the space in the freezer.
Q: How long does it take to prep these meals?
A: Usually takes me about 2 hours, but it took about 4-5 hours at first.
Q: How does the food taste after a few days?
A: I've found that food properly stored tastes the same on day 1 as it does on day 5.
Q: What kind of containers do you use?
A: Glad entree containers.
Q: Do you reheat your food?
A: Yes, (containers - BPA free) microwaved.

A: I consulted a professional, I suggest you do the same.

A: Lean meats / fish with rice / veggies. Just within the same macros.
