I don't know who wrote this quote but Amen! I often have to wonder what goes through our heads when we can justify bottles of wine, meals at restaurants, nights out or even expensive handbags but cannot invest a little bit of money or time in our long-term health 😕

Bodhi 9 told me yesterday he was tired and had dry eyes, I told him as per usual he had to drink more water, I told him how much he needed to drink and that he needed more for his Rugby games and training.

Eating a diet rich in micronutrients is critical for proper bodily functions and the ability to thrive. Eat with your goals in mind. If that's to run a marathon, fuel your body accordingly. if it's to lose weight, do it in a healthy manner with lots of nutrient dense foods. If it's to build muscle, fill your diet with your macros and micros and fit some fun foods in there. There is no Golden rule but consistency will help you achieve sustainable results. Being healthy doesn't mean eating lettuce and nothing fun. Find balance in your life and you'll live a life that you become passionate about. #healthfirst
