This trip to Mexico with my family really got me thinking about all the things I set out to do at the beginning of 2018, and was doing successfully, before giving up. I realize how much I want to live my life. I brought some of my favorite books with me. The picture is of my mentor, @mp .frias ‘s book, The Art of Letting Go. Rereading it on the flight home reminded me of why I began writing. I am inspired to restart everything I set out to do doing at the beginning of the year.
Today, I’m feeling more tired than inspired, but after a good nights rest I will start again tomorrow. My goals and hopes include: ⭐️ Heal my hair (get these curls back)
⭐️ Lose weight for my comfort and health
⭐️ Try weight training (again)
⭐️ Sit up straight, more often
⭐️ Get back into writing (I haven’t written in 2018)
⭐️ Try giving dating a serious try
⭐️Apply to graduate school
I hand wrote these before. Something I learned from @organic_olivia YouTube videos is that physically writing something is like casting a spell, that’s why they call it spelling. Which makes sense to me, especially with all my magical experiences with the Artist’s Way. I wanted to share my goals, because I think it’s time to stop hiding them and time to start sharing them. Wish me luck, ya’ll! 💘 #intentions#goals#focused
A day in the life of someone eating with Timed Nutrition. Not only am I eating at certain times but certain colors of the fixed containers from Beachbody. I am able to choose the food items that are those colored brackets. ❤️Preworkout meal (45 Min before workout): Chicken & lettuce on a tortilla with Energize
💜Recover drink with a cup of fruit (30 Min after workout)
🧡Poat workout meal: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 cup of spinach and whole grain toast with pb (1-2h hours after workout)
💛Meal 1 - vegan chocolate Shakeology with pb and half a banana (lunchtime)
💚Meal 2 - guacamole with peppers and half a banana (2-3 hours after lunch)
💙Meal 3 - bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, baked potato with ghee & 10 Spears of asparagus (dinner time)
Most of my menu stays the same except for the fruit changes and the dinner changes. 💦Don’t forget to add in a shit ton of water as well!!
Although today is our anniversary, we’re not celebrating it until tomorrow night. (We just got home from our mini vacation, so we’re attending to all the usual unpacking, laundry, mail clean-out, etc.) This means that I’ve got some time tonight to catch up on all my January Project Life layouts. I am woefully behind! 😩 But I’m extra motivated to get caught up ASAP because my February kits just came, and I’m not letting myself play with any new goodies until I’m DONE with January. ✔️ 2.19.18 #myyearof_crafting

I honestly don't know why more people in the world don't resell/thrift. I basically do this as a hobby, as school is my priority, but I mean come on? All this was thrifted, and I'll make back on it just by selling the LuLaRoe. If not reselling just for fun, at least shop at thrift stores! The thrill of never knowing what you'll find is well worth it and my favorite part! 💕
Wowza then to see before alongside today...you hide from camera and forget how far behind or lost you let yourself go. Kids work whatever it is they all come first until you realize how taking care of yourself helps do even better for those around you! Now embracing healthy living, balance to enjoy life vs make this run my life and paying it all fwd!!! My kiddos first as well and hope they embrace it with me over the years...like geeked out can’t wait to run a race with all 3 of my girls one day!!!! Yup!!! Goals!! Don’t give up!
