أكد مخرج لعبة GOW ان اللعبه بتحتوي على مود التصوير (Photo Mode) لكن مو واضح اذا قصده بيكون بيوم الاصدار او بعدها. اللعبه بتقدر تروح الاماكن كلها (مو مثل قبل مجرد مراحل) فوجود مود التصوير بيكون شي جد حلو 😍🔥

تم اصدار لعبة Sea of Theives للاكس بوكس و البي سي قبل يومين لكن السيرفرات ما تحملت الضغط، و اللعبه مشكلتها انها اونلاين فقط. اللاعبين واجهوا مشاكل كثيره من ناحية اللاق و مرات الكنز يختفي او الكويست يعلق. الوضع منتهي لدرجة ان اللعبه سكروها على اللاعبين الجدد مؤقتاً! المشكله كثير مو قادرين يلعبونها او ان النظام محدود فيها لحد هذا اليوم للأسف! فلو مو قادر تدخل، هذا السبب، و ان قدرت تدخل، لا تطلع..

Xbox version of the game interface leaves a bit to be desired. Especially late game. With north of 3,500 residents on mars, and the ever booming homeless population that I legitimately can’t build fast enough to house them all. I wanted share one of my favorite exercises, the JKR Chop.
Great exercise for stability, core control, and ankle strength. Highly athletic movement.
It requires a Bosu ball and a Cable cross. Stand in a split squat / lunging position with your front foot and weight on the bosu. Use the cable cross to transfer your force laterally (transverse plane) in a chopping manner. Like a mixture between the wood chop and the pallof press. Remember to keep your core tight as you rotate your trunk.
Do 8 reps each side, 3 sets.
P.S Great injury prevention if you are a "ankle sprain kind of guy"

In order to properly generate force, you need a nice solid foundation. Feet strength is way more valuable than you think.
I will make a video later with some of my favorite feet strengthening exercises that will forsure add inches to your vertical jump. .

The first portion of the offseason for @_quiise consisted of a mixture between stability / speed training.
@smartklimat recently hosted a soccer tournament for kids. They planted 1 tree for every player, referee, and coach that attended the tournament... over 500 trees.
Stability training is one of the more neglected areas of sports performance. It helps generate proper force transfer, distal mobility, and interactive moments.
I also threw in some isometric holds & rotator cuff exercises to strengthen the area supporting the thoracic spine. Furthermore, proper spine alignment
improves force transfer and reduces the risk of injury.
1. Stability ball push-up (on one leg) - 4x10
2. Push-up holds (10 pumps) - 60 seconds.
3. TRX Inverted Rows - 4x8
4. Pull-up holds (8 pumps) - 45 seconds.
