I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t dragging this morning. Coming back from break is always hard for me, going from non stop craziness to a very free and open schedule and back to crazy again is NOT easy. But hey I’m trying. Made it to the gym slowly but surely this morning and followed my workout with a delicious yogurt bowl featuring my new favorite @lovvelavva pili nut dairy free yogurt 🙌🏻✨. The ingredients are no joke and the taste is AMAZING, 10/10 recommend ❤️. Topped with 🍌,🍓, @navitasorganics dried mulberries and oleo granola from the bulk section at my local whole foods store. Perfect energizing breakfast for 6 hours of lecture 🤦🏽♀️. If you need me I’ll be drowning 👋🏼

One way I use oils each and every day is for sleep support! I diffuse lavender, cedarwood and orange and then spray my sheets with my dream spray! I also add some cedarwood to my big toe and roll SleepyIze on my wrists and neck!

A friend asked yesterday, "How do you manage to stay so positive?". Honestly, I work at it every day. 💙 I write down things that I'm grateful for every morning first thing when I wake up, I get outside and move every morning too, I fill my social media feeds with people who are positive and such, I meditate every day, even just for 1 min sometimes, and work on personal development and mindfulness every day too.
I don't watch TV (any of it), listen to the radio or read the news and I guard my energy around people who are draining to me. I don't gossip (and if I catch myself doing so, I immediately make a renewed effort to correct it) and I am really working on being kinder to myself.
I surround myself with only things that I find useful, meaningful or beautiful, people included 💛 and I only eat and wear things that make me feel good, alive and free.
So many little, simple things, but such a big difference in my mindset, my happiness and my energy.
How you feel every day is the most important thing out and we all should feel good. Xx

Big up for the first day of Spring!
When I began my fitness journey a decade ago, I knew I wasn’t a bootcamp person. I wanted maximum results, minimum pain and something I could enjoy doing - I’m just not wired to stick with something I have no love for. Walking on an incline, feeding my soul listening to a podcast as I go, yeah I can do that 🙌🏻. .
Today it was my aim to get work finished up by 2pm then get out to the moors before school pick up and I made it! Can’t think if I’ve been at all this year owing to the rain/snow which just makes it so boggy. At 8° it felt mild. Mucky, barren, no obvious signs of Spring but it hit the spot and I remained in my fat burning zone which included all my many photo stops!
Diet and exercise are one of the top things clients ask for help with. Waiting till you have the money for a gym membership or till the calendar aligns and you can take the time to look after yourself will rarely happen. It has to be a priority. Our lives need us fit and well! Just start with what you have and where you are. 😉💐. .
