What’s up guys! Here’s a quick video of a drill my coach likes to do to rep out passing movement. We place a cone about 3 feet from the net and another one in the middle of the court. The first ball you will receive in normal passing position. Then touch the middle cone and get another ball towards the line. Finish by touching the cone at the net and making a move back for the deep ball👍🏼 Tag your teammate that you think would totally dominate this drill🙌🏼🏐 or give it a shot yourself and let me know what ya think! ❤️- @irenepollock

5 x 2mins (45 seconds rest)
As the picture shows, when passing make sure you have a flat back with bent knees. Insure that your arms are fully extended with thumbs pointed towards the ground. Feet should be shoulder width apart with a flat platform. #vbgirls#likeforlike#volleyballisgreat#901spike#passing
