Sweet love muffins by @vanelja 💜
1 cup organic gluten-free flour blend
½ cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
tiny pinch of salt
½ cup coconut sugar
1 cup oat milk or other vegan milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup peanut butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 175 C / 350 F degrees. Cover a muffin pan with muffin liners or use silicon molds. Mix flour blend, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coconut sugar. Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter until liquid. Stir in the oat milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredients. Pour into muffin molds and cook for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool.
2 cans full-fat coconut milk, kept in the fridge
2-4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pink pittaya powder or beet powder
1 tsp blueberry powder + fresh raspberries or peanut butter to be hidden inside of frosting.
Open the coconut milk cans & scoop out the white thick paste into a bowl. Add syrup, vanilla, blueberry powder and beet powder. Whip with a stand mixer until fluffy. If the mixture goes too liquid, place it in the fridge for a while. When the muffins are cooled place the coconut whipped cream in a piping bag or cut a small hole in the corner of a small plastic bag and use that for piping. Place one raspberry or 1 tsp peanut butter on top of the muffin. Frost the muffins with the coconut whipped cream so that it covers the raspberry or peanut butter heart. Store in the fridge until served.
Extra! After frosting keep the muffins in the fridge for at least 1 hour so that the frosting hardens a bit. Dip the coconut whipped cream top in melted raw chocolate. Pop back into the fridge.

I hope you are all having a good weekend. I wanted to get something off my chest, as I share parts of my life on here but obviously you don’t see / know everything.
I know a lot of you ask about what I eat and how do I stay healthy so I wanted to remind you, to not been hard on yourself if your struggling to eat healthier because health is so much more than what you eat.
At one point in my life I could eat, drink whatever I wanted and it never had any effect on my body. I was happy. I still classed myself as healthy. I exercised. I balanced going out. Eating both ‘healthy’ and ‘unhealthy’ foods.
When I was around 18 I would be in and out of hospital ALL the time. Usually due to flare ups in my tummy. I suffer with bloating, inflammation, fatigue, acne, unbalanced hormones, headaches, nausea, acid reflux, mood swings, hair loss, hair growth(on my face) and the list could go on. Unfortunately no medication I was put on helped my symptoms and seemed to only either mask them for a while or make them worse.
I’ve spent the past 5 years trying to figure out what works best for me. What I eat and put on my skin makes the difference. I find holistic remedies help, plant based diet, green beauty products, daily exercise and meditation to manage stress.
I never used to follow all the above religiously because I partied way too much. This lead to bad life decisions, eating food I knew didn’t agree with me (because yolo at the time). Because of my health problems and acne I had such a bad mindset. I hated my face. My body. I was stressed. I felt alone.
Managing my symptoms holistically can exclude me from social situations and people aren’t aware or don’t understand. I have to be careful with my food choices at a restaurant. I have to be careful with which alcohol I choose and how much. I have to check ingredients when buying food which is why I focus on more plant based. I have to be cautious of what skin care, makeup, hair and body products I use.

My definition of a “spoonful” of almond butter😍🥄 as MUCH AS possible.
Oats: 1/2 c @woodstockfoods oats, 1 mashed banana🍌, 1/2 c soy milk, 2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings: @wild_friends almond butter🥜, @micheles_granola + blueberries, blackberries, raspberries + @navitasorganics hemp seeds!👏🏻

I learned at a very young age that this world does not revolve around me and the more I spread positive energy and enrich other people's lives, the more positive karma I will get in return. То на сколько у вас большая или маленькая талия в первую очередь зависит от генетики👐🏻
Сколько бы вы не бегали и не делали упражнений на пресс, не стояли в планке, то если у вас генетически, например бёдра узкие и широкие рёбра, то визуально она не будет казаться узкой.
Всё это можно откорректировать при помощи зала, например, подкачать попу, подключить пресс и делать кардио, то со временем талия будет ещё меньше🤗
☑️Важны некоторые привычки:
1. Питьевой режим. Он всегда важен! Не только для талии, но и для здоровья в целом! Я пью 2,5-3,5 л. воды в день.
2. Кушаем в меру. Главное, не объедаемся до болей в животе. Но и не ходим голодные, а едим до чувства насыщения. Организм сам вам подаст сигналы о насыщении. Просто доверьтесь и прислушайтесь к нему🤗
3. Кушаем 3-5 раз в день.
4. Не объедаемся на ночь. Вечером можно и нужно кушать, но снова в меру! Я могу поесть, как за 3-4 часа до сна, так и за 1-1,5 часа. Редко прям перед сном. Это по настроению, т.к. питание моё - Интуитивное. ☑️ Спорт
Мои личные наблюдения и опыт🔥
Я помню, что сколько бы раньше ни качала пресс, сколько бы раньше ни делала силовых, сколько бы ни делала силовых и ни считала КБЖУ, то я всё так и не могла увидеть кубики и идеально плоский живот.
У меня было много мышц, но все бесил жирок внизу живота и было плохо видно рельеф. Потом я отошла от силовых и включила кардио и вуаля, я увидела изменения🤗 🔝Кардио сжигает жир🔥
🔝Пресс становится виден💪🏽
☑️Что делаем? 🏃🏼♀️ Подключаем кардио (любое)

🥜 Разумно питаемся
Good evening and welcome to another chilly evening ⛄️Was absolutely gutted today as was meant to do the Reading Half Marathon 🏃🏻♀️ but it was cancelled because of the snow ❄️ England definitely cannot handle any form of abnormal weather 🙄BUUUT booked another one in 10 days so it’s okay 😇 Anyway! Whipped up this quorn bolognese and would you belieeeeve that it is completely vegan 🌱 Here is the recipe it you’re interested (if not... keep scrolling)
1️⃣ Fry a red onion until see-through
2️⃣ Add garlic and mushrooms
3️⃣ Whack in some chopped tomatoes (about 3/4 of a tin), veggie stock, tomato purée and marmite and then the quorn mince
4️⃣ Add oregano, salt and pepper and let simmer
And heeeeey you have plant-based bolognese 💕👅💕

There was a time when I didn't think that I would be able to do things with my family or friends. /Break • fast/ The most important meal of the day. Eating a balanced and nutritious breakfast sets the tone for the rest of your day. I mean, who wants to start the day with low energy anyway? Here’s the deal though, I hate breakfast foods (no, like really hate them 🤦🏽♂️). However, getting those important nutrients such as calcium, iron, b vitamins, protein and fiber into my body far outweigh those feelings. Treat you body like the temple it is and the rest will come! #YMFitness
